I want to sign up for the sleep ap

But could see no way of doing this.

    Could you help?

Thanks for your question. There’s link on the site that will send you to the AppStore or GooglePlay where you can choose to download the App. If that link does not work for you, try going directly to either the AppStore or GooglePlay, searching fopr the App you want and clicking “install”.
      Hope that helps.

I’m a little confused. The top box on this page above suggests there are over 40,000 wellness apps, yet the only link or information I can find is the video on the instant heart rate app by Azumio. Is this the only app recommended by Dr. Ho? I cannot find anywhere else on this page that suggests others? Am I missing something? Many thanks.

Thanks for your message. Dr Ho will explore different apps over the next few months and as he does we will post more videos and some links. Please note that these apps are explored and presented to you by Dr. Ho but are not medically endorsed by Dr. Ho. Please check in with your own family doctor related to your own health.
I will review the wording on our website to ensure there is no confusion.

I did something similar last summer as part of a blog series for our Healthy UBC e-newsletter for staff and faculty. If anyone is interested in reviews on a few more, check out the link below!

There are all sorts of fabulous baby feeding apps that track infant feeding frequency and duration. They also have timers and reminders which were very helpful. These apps often track all sorts of other things that I wasn’t interested in, but others might like such as sleeping, growth and diaper use. There were all sorts of fabulous graphs and charts… it was pretty fun to track actually.
