Yolanda joined the eHealth Strategy Office team in 2005 and holds a Master of Arts in Environmental Studies from UBC. Her interests include working with rural and Aboriginal communities to: improve access to culturally appropriate, relevant health information; applying research findings toward improving social determinants of health; and promoting community-university partnerships to improve health education.
Yolanda has worked with a wide variety of audiences, including health professionals, Aboriginal communities, youth, educators, academics and the public.
