Xian graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She first joined the eHealth Strategy Office in 2010 as a Work Study student, and has recently transitioned into the position of Project & Research Assistant. Xian is currently working on the Technology Enabled Academic Detailing (TEAD) Project, which facilitates communication between healthcare professionals, the RHIME Project, which aims to improve access to feedback for rural healthcare students, and the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Project, which will deliver diabetes education information to members of different cultural communities.
