Janice is currently the Web and Business Coordinator, China Collaborations in the eHealth Strategy Office. Janice joined our team in 2005, she is a professional software engineer, and holds a Master of Computer Engineering from San Jose State University, California and a Master of Digital Media from Abilene Christian University, Texas.
Prior to joining the eHealth Strategy office, Janice worked as a Web/Graphic Designer, Software Engineer, Technology Lead, Team Lead and Project Manager, in both IT industry and academia.
Janice has been actively involving in China collaborations with interdisciplinary healthcare providers, medical educators, policy makers, stakeholders, medical economists and hospital executives in the past several years. Her interests include using technology to improve health care access in Canada, China and other developing countries, developing a Community-University engagement model in health education between China and Canada, and promoting the public health education for multicultural communities.
