Calvin holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the State of Illinois and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University. Calvin joined UBC in 2001 and was a Senior Financial Analyst in the Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) office when he left in 2008 to work for Kraft Canada in Montreal. Calvin rejoined UBC in January 2010 to work for the eHealth Strategy Office as Program Administrator on a temporary basis. He was subsequently appointed to the ongoing position in October 2010.
